Following the current Covid-19 roadmap, we can confirm that all private lessons at Pole Kat Fitness and BungeeFit can resume with Covid-secure measures in place from April 12th. However, our group classes can not go ahead in their usual form until May 17th. 

Until May 17th, we will be running Individual Practice sessions during our usual class times. These are 'open gym' style sessions which will allow you to book use of one of our poles or hoops. These will be an opportunity to practice your own thing, but in accordance with current gov guidelines, will NOT be instructor-led / synchronised classes. Should you require focused instructor-led sessions, we can only offer you private lessons which can be booked, subject to availability, by contacting us directly.

A qualified instructor will be present on the studio floor at all times for health and safety purposes. You will be responsible for your own warm-up and cool down. Practice sessions are only suitable for those with previous experience. 

We are very keen to remain Covid-secure and remind everyone attending our classes over the coming days and weeks of our Studio Rules - Our Full Health and Safety Policy can be found here:

Studio Rules - Pandemic Edition

You must book your spot via the booking system in advance of the session you wish to attend
Don't come to the session if you’re sick or are required to self isolate - please cancel your spot on the booking system
Come ready for the session (if you have sexy pole wear - have it on under your regular clothes)
Only bring what you need with you
Arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your session is due to start - so we can let you straight in and avoid cross over on the stairs
Wear a mask to enter/exit the building (it's required by law)
Sanitise your hands on entry to the studio and regularly through the session
Sign in or scan the QR code if you're using the track and trace app
Take a towel as you come in and keep your belongings with you next to your pole or hoop
No sharing of equipment (you all get a pole, hoop or bungee each)
Always maintain 2m distance from anyone else in the room (this is easy- stay in your pole/hoop area - if you’re in a bungee class you won't be able to stray once you’re hooked up)
Use the phone stands provided for pictures/videos
Train only to your level & don't be afraid to ask for an easier version if you’re not confident you won't be able to execute the move safely
Clean your pole at the end of class with the disinfectant provided at your pole
Drop your towels in the black box on the way out
