Aerial Hoop

What is it?

Aerial Hoop is a circular steel apparatus (resembling a hula hoop) suspended from the ceiling, on which you will learn to perform aerial acrobatics. It helps build strength and flexibility and is a fantastic way to increase your confidence in a friendly environment.

When is it?

Monday:
7.30pm-8.30pm: 6 week Beginner Aerial Hoop Course with Sara

Tuesday:
8pm-9pm AERIAL HOOP with Sam

Thursday:
11am-12: AERIAL HOOP with Sam
5.30pm-6.30pm: Kids Aerial Fun! Pole & hoop for 4-14 year olds with Sam
7.30pm-8.30pm, AERIAL HOOP with Sam

Saturday:
4pm-5pm: AERIAL HOOP with Sam

Which sessions are for beginners?

All of our classes are mixed ability, so open to all. This means that, unlike some schools, you are not restricted by days or times. In addition to our regular classes, we are also excited to announce that by popular demand we are running a 6-week beginner's Aerial Hoop course from 4th Feb until 11th March. This is aimed at people who have never hooped before or those who want to go back to basics.

How much is it?

Single sessions: £6.50

Back-to-back classes: £10 (for 2 classes)

Beginners 6 week course: £30 (for 6 sessions)

Unlimited monthly membership: £50

Kids classes: £5

Private sessions: £30/hr (discounts for block-buys)

What do I wear?

Leggings are recommended for Aerial Hoop, to reduce the risk of friction burns on the skin
