Aerial Hoop Beginners - 6 Week Course
About:
Are you new to aerial hoop or have hooped before but want to increase your understanding of the vital basics? This class will cover all areas of hoop, starting at the beginning with learning how to correctly mount and dismount, so you can safely practice hoop at any level. We will work through a range of moves that can be built into routines, starting with core moves and building up to more complex ones. It will also give you a better understanding of the hoop and movement along with learning how to transition between moves. If you’re ready for a fun new challenge or want to build on your previous experience sign up now and get fit having fun! 6 weeks for just £30!

Mondays 7.30pm-8.30pm, Feb 4th - March 11th

What do I wear?
Leggings are recommended for Aerial Hoop, to reduce the risk of friction burns on the skin
Strength, Conditioning & Flexibility - 6 week course
About:
Want that 6 pack bikini body everyone dreams of? Your front splits / box splits or a better backbend? Or maybe you just want to help increase your strength and flexibility? Then this 6-week course is for you! These classes will build your strength through core work and conditioning, combined with stretching at the end of class to give optimum results. It is suitable for all fitness levels and the teacher will work with you to achieve your individual goals. 6 weeks for just £30!

Sundays 5.15pm-6.15pm, Feb 10th - March 17th
How much is it?
£30 for the 6 weeks
What do I wear?
Whatever you feel comfortable in. We recommend you bring both shorts and leggings/joggers, as some strength work may involve using equipment such as the poles and hoops
