Due to the massive success of the last handstands & walkovers workshop and by popular demand, this workshop has been extended to 1.5 hours :D The workshop is aimed at all levels from those who have never performed a handstand to those who are working on one handed shapes. It will allow participants to learn how to work towards and perform handstands with good technique working on arm and core strength. It will also cover walkovers, from basic back flexibility to performing the perfect walkover. Taught by qualified and highly renowned Gymnastics & Acrobatics coach Rachel Holborow.
